Here is what's in store for you

Enjoy an innovative and unusual concept of the cellar visit at the oldest cellar in Limoux! Maison Guinot, the independent and family-run house since 1875, offers you to experience a visit accompanied by video projections, a "sound and light" show, a historical reconstitution, and finally, a tasting of 2 wines.

Come and discover Maison Guinot's unique space of more than 2,500 m² of the cellars, the bottle aging galleries, and the riddling rooms. Your visit will be enhanced by exceptional digital stops with video projections designed in computer-generated images, lighting, and a light show in the largest riddling room in the cellar. During this dynamic visit, you will discover the century-old cellars and the traditional method of sparkling wine production: aging on lees, manual riddling of more than 30,000 bottles per day, disgorging on the fly and more.

A circuit of about 45 minutes will finish with a tasting of 2 sparkling wines of Maison Guinot: Blanquette and Crémant.
