Here is what you will live
The experience includes a walk through the vineyard, where you will be told about the native varieties and the organic farming techniques used, and you will arrive at the ancient palmento, to learn about the history of the family and traditional winemaking.
You will then be taken on a tour of the winery, where we will explain the stratigraphy of the volcanic soil through soil sections, describe the production techniques and show you the barrel cellar.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a guided tasting of all 6 wines produced in the winery (3 DeAetna, 2 Contrada Blandano cru, 1 Rasola natural wine), paired with bread baked in a wood-fired oven and organic EVO oil.
