Some of the region’s best-kept secrets await discovery in this guided tasting, designed to help guests make the most of their wine experience and learn what to look for when tasting wines during their travels.
Unlike a traditional winery visit, this experience includes a gourmet plate carefully paired with each wine, enhancing both the food and the wine through thoughtful combinations.
Each wine will be perfectly paired with a gourmet aperitivo plate designed to enhance flavors and highlight the harmony between wine and food. You will taste handmade fresh pasta, a selection of artisan cheeses from small local producers, and a mix of mostarda and jams that beautifully complement both the wines and cheeses.
The tasting features six wines in total — a sparkling rosé, two elegant whites, two expressive reds, and a sweet finish — representing the finest examples from six distinguished wineries, stretching from the mountains of northern Piemonte to the rolling hills of Roero.
All preparations and clean-up are taken care of in advance; participants simply need to ensure a dining table large enough for the group.
