Ottima esperienza tra vini e ospitalità
Il percorso di spiegazione del processo produttivo è stato molto interessante e ben strutturato: ora sappiamo finalmente cosa significa “appassimento” e quali sono le differenze tra Amarone, Ripasso e Recioto! I vini in degustazione erano di ottima qualità e abbiamo apprezzato tutte le etichette proposte.
In più, quando ho accennato di essere una grande amante della Lugana, ci hanno offerto anche l’assaggio di questo vino, pur non essendo previsto dal programma: un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.
Esperienza consigliata, sia per gli appassionati di vino che per chi, come noi, vuole un’accoglienza attenta anche alle esigenze delle famiglie. Un grazie alla Cantina San Pietro per la splendida giornata!
