Let’s be the main actor of a famous tv quiz show: a very important television production company invented a funny new game format and you are the main player! Visit the production area at La Ciarliana, where the fermentation process takes place, the aging cellar with its big Slavonia oak casks, the rovere barriques, and the bottle maturation area.
You will taste, tutored by an expert sommelier, 4 of La Ciarliana's best wines (Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Vigna ‘Scianello, IGT Santo Pellegrino) and their Extra Virgin Olive Oil matched with some savory Tuscan Bruschettas, local gorgeous cheese, and salamis.
And, most of all, you will taste 3 different varietal wines, taken directly from the cask (Syrah, Merlot, and Sangiovese): you have to guess in which of the glasses has been poured the Syrah, in which one the Merlot and in which one the Sangiovese is.
