Here is what's in store for you

In the splendid setting of the Belice Valley, you will be welcomed on the terrace overlooking the valley and accompanied through the company's vineyards. Scents, flavours and emotions in the midst of a nature that they try as much as possible to preserve. The visit will continue in the cellar where the entire production process will be retraced and explained. Particular attention will be paid to the production techniques of the "Spumante Metodo Classico". In addition to the wines that express the typical characteristics of the area, since 2010 the company has started a small, selected production of Metodo Classico from Chardonnay grapes, taking care of the entire production process: from the harvesting of the grapes to the taking of the foam, to the ageing on the lees (minimum 24 months) and degorgement. For these processes, an area has been created adjacent to the new barrel cellar, which is also completely underground and at a constant temperature, and which can be visited. 
Last year, partly for fun and partly for passion, a new and interesting project was born: the creation of a line of unfiltered wines obtained without the use of selected yeasts. It consists of an Inzolia, a Zibibbo Macerato and a Perricone.

The tour will end with your choice of two different options:

-Classic Tasting: three wines, two of which are CRU and one Metodo Classico. The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of typical local products. 
-Unfiltered tasting: three unfiltered wines (Inzolia, Zibibbo Macerato, Perricone). The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of typical local products.
