You will be guided through the winemaking process and the winemaker or the hospitality manager will show you how the grandfather of the owners, Mr. Mario. reclaimed the lagoon strip in 1939 to create these vineyards. With every step, breathe in the salty air of the lagoon as you listen to the rustling reeds, the songs of geese, herons, ducks and ibis. Feel the breeze caress your face and be amazed by the scents of artemisia.
