The Cooking class experience of Emilio Sciacca takes place in the enchanting setting of the estate on the slopes of Mount Etna. Here you will have the opportunity to observe the company's vineyard with the typical sapling cultivar. This type of cultivation is a symbol of Etna's winemaking tradition and a distinctive feature of Etna DOC's wine production.

With the help and skillful experience of the chefs of the Emilio Sciacca winery, you will learn the most traditional recipes of Sicilian cuisine and which go best with Etna's wines; it will be an all-around enogastronomic journey, from the raw materials to the final product.
The attention given to respecting nature in each production phase at Emilio Sciacca is also reflected in the choice of raw materials that are used during the cooking class; the goal is to offer you an enogastronomic experience that enhances the essence of Emilio Sciacca's wines, which are among the poorest in sulfites in the wine scene.

At the end of the Cooking class on Mount Etna, you will taste, inside the ancient Palmento, the products that you will have prepared with your own hands. You will also taste, with the help of the sommelier's explanations and the technical sheets provided, three Etna wines that will accompany your lunch: Biancopiglio Etna Bianco DOC, Rossobrillo, and Neromagno Etna Rosso DOC.
