Here is what's in store for you

Join us on an enchanting journey through our Etna vineyards, where lush vegetation and vibrant landscapes unfold from the sea to the smoking volcano.

Amidst the captivating surroundings, we'll stroll together through nature's bounty of pomegranates, lemons, rosemary, olive trees, and wild herbs, each contributing to the intact and precious biodiversity of our land. Arriving at the 1700s palmento nestled in the heart of our vineyards, steeped in local viticultural history, we'll share tales of traditional winemaking practices amidst the stone vats once filled with grapes and echoing with the songs of the "pistaturi". Here, we'll savor Rasola, an ancestral wine crafted using the traditional Etna method passed down through generations.

Afterwards, delve into our underground cellar, where sustainability-driven production methods intertwine with the richness of the Etna terroir, revealed in a mesmerizing 6-meter-deep underground section showcasing volcanic soil stratification. Concluding our exploration, you can choose between 2 flights for the wine tasting, all representing the essence of organic and sustainable Etna DOC viticulture:

Classic Tasting: Rasola, Etna Rosso DOC deAetna, Etna Bianco DOC deAetna, Etna Rosato DOC deAetna + light lunch

Contrade Tasting: Rasola, Etna Rosso DOC reserve Contrada Blandano, Etna Bianco DOC Contrada Blandano, Etna Bianco DOC Contrada Praino + light lunch

Our light lunch features Sicilian cured meats, cheeses, and locally sourced ingredients prepared in homage to ancient recipes, each dish offers a contemporary twist alongside the tale of its origin, providing a true taste of our territory's history and flavors.

Amazing winery near the volcanic mountain of Etna. Offers a spectacular tour of the estate and it's history, the only part more impressive then the tour was the wine. Truly one of the best wineries I've had the pleasure of visiting.
