Here is what's in store for you

For this experience, you will be welcomed to Monserrato 1973.

After a brief introduction to the history of the winery, its origin, and the tradition of cultivation done in the past, the experience continues with a tour of the vineyards, the olive groves, and finally the winery, where the main processing techniques will be explained, with a focus on the methodologies required for organic productions.

Afterward, the experience continues with a light lunch and the tasting of four estate wines.

The light lunch and wine tasting will be accompanied by a tasting of Monserrato 1973's 3 olive oils (Ortice monocultivar, Manalonga, and Satanasso) and will include cold cuts and cheeses with bruschetta, taralli and oil-preserved vegetables, a main course, which depending on the season, could be a first course or a second course, and to finish a typical dessert.

Una struttura veramente molto bella, personale gentile, accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi domanda. L'enologa è stata molto professionale e nello stesso tempo empatica. Degustazioni vini veramente ottima seguita da una degustazione di olii prodotti da loro, accompagnata da un tagliare di salumi, formaggi e prodotti sotto olio tutti di loro produzione. Esperienza consigliatissima
