Immerse yourself in the essence of Ligurian winemaking with our Pigato wine tasting experience at Agriturismo Benza.
Begin your experience with an immersion in the region's heritage and discover the production process of our renowned Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil. You will learn about its history and significance before embarking on a guided tasting that will allow you to discover unique flavors.
Next, you will explore three different variants of the iconic Pigato Ligure di Ponente, produced by the most renowned wineries in our area. The wine tasting will be accompanied by delicacies like bruschetta with olive oil, taggiasche olives in brine, taggiasche olive paste, fresh vegetables and fruit from our gardens. You can also upgrade your wine tasting by choosing the Gold Tasting, which adds a glass of local red wine, Rossese, plus a platter of local cured meats and cheeses at an additional cost.
