Begin your adventure with a glass of sparkling wine, followed by a tour of the historic cellar located in the heart of Slovenia’s oldest town. Learn about its rich history and indulge in a 7-sample wine tasting of exclusive wines only available on-premise, accompanied by a charcuterie board. Continue to the modern production cellar for a tasting of the best tank samples not yet available to the public.

Next, hop into our van and be transported to a guided scenic tour of the stunning vineyards, touring some of the most breathtaking vineyard views the region has to offer, only available with local knowledge. Learn about the rich winemaking history and taste the wines next to the vines that birth the grapes used to produce them.

At one of these vineyards, stop for lunch at a family estate, enjoying a 4 to 5-course menu featuring traditional homemade Slovenian cuisine with wine pairing. The menu is subject to seasonal changes based on the availability of fresh produce. However, the basic offerings typically include an appetizer featuring traditional bread pastry topped with pork crackle, followed by a choice of chicken or beef broth soup with noodles. For the main course, guests can enjoy options such as fried chicken, roast chicken, roast veal, or roast pork, accompanied by either mashed or roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. To satisfy your sweet tooth, dessert will be a delectable apple pie.
