As lovers of wine in all its nuances, La Marronaia decided to dedicate an experience to a product derived from it: balsamic vinegar. A noble condiment, so enveloping and rich in flavor that it becomes the protagonist of the dish.
With this experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wine and oil tasting combined with a Tuscan lunch or dinner. The experience begins with a tour of the Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano.
The Tuscan lunch or dinner consists of 4 courses: an appetizer with mixed bruschetta, two first courses, a platter of Casa Porciatti Tuscan cold cuts and local cheeses, and a dessert of the day. During the meal, you will taste 4/5 organic and biodynamic wines, including La Marronaia’s Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, the estate's extra virgin olive oils, and the balsamic vinegars will be paired with the dishes served.
