Ercolani winery organizes two days dedicated to the harvesting and selection of grapes in the vineyard up to the vinification in the cellar, with the technical support of our enologist who will explain you all the details of these delicate and important operations.
At the end of the day we will have lunch together with typical home made dishes and good wine.

We absolutely loved our truffle hunting experience! Alessandro was so knowledgeable and generous in explaining the entire process to us. We enjoyed every minute with the dogs. Love to Lady, Diana and Bombolo!! Very highly recommended

We did Truffle hunting followed by a wine tasting. Each in it's own were a great experience but combined it was an Amazing day.

Enjoyed the Truffle hunting, dogs and guide were great and they even found a couple of white truffles. Then the Wine tour and tasting was interesting and they made us feel like VIPs. The wine and lunch as unrushed with very informative guides.
