esperienza consigliata!!

About Winery and Wines
The history of the company has its roots in the early post-war period, thanks to grandfather Vito's and grandmother Sabia's desire for a rebirth and for the discovery of a more natural and authentic face of the work in the cellar. The passion of the grandparents was picked up by the following generations, who soon founded the La Vinarte winery, making considerable improvements in quality, planting vineyards in different areas of the Frentana area and bringing out the different terroirs in the grapes. Today, the family personally takes care of every single activity within the company, making use of a good technical and scientific preparation and obviously taking into account the precious advice of over forty years of experience of the parents, who still offer their contribution on a daily basis.
The soul of the company is represented by the vineyards - 15 hectares of property and 10 under management - planted with counter-espalier and tendon, whose training is respectively double guyot and head to fruit. The estates cover five different municipalities in the Frentane hills: Santa Maria Imbaro, Mozzagrogna, Rocca San Giovanni, Fossacesia and Paglieta. The different terroirs, wisely distinguished during the production phase in each individual wine, make possible the optimal expression of each vineyard. The sovereign vine is Montepulciano, which occupies a large part of the vineyard area, flanked by other important black grapes, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, and white grapes, such as Pecorino and Trebbiano.
