About Winery and Wines
Small company founded in 2020 with the aim of enhancing the local varieties of the Emilian territory, with innovative production ideas and technologies. Every wine we make must express the identity of the grape variety used.
The Zucchi Tommaso Tobia Farm is complaced solely by vineyards, with a surface area total of 20 hectares. For the needs of our winery, only the plots deemed most suitable for winemaking are harvested. Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, taking great care to preserve all integrity of the bunch, right from the earliest stages of vinification. To ensure the highest quality of the product, the grapes harvested are stored immediately in cold cold storage at low temperatures, preserving our excellent raw material.
