The Grange of Prince Edward Vineyards and Estate Winery
Reviews
I've been trying to get to all...
First off the property itself is really well maintained and managed. Clean, rustic with tall ceilings is this old barn style building. Beautiful and relaxing. The staff where friendly and knowledgeable without any wine pretentiousness and they took the time to chat! Had a lovely Pinot Nior, a Gamay and a Riesling... could have stayed all afternoon.
Worth a visit for sure.

About Winery and Wines
"I believed vineyards could be truly great on this farm. The timing was perfect; and after two years of research and education I felt confident that vineyards could thrive in this region with the right person guiding it. The idea of vineyards seemed so right for our 600 acre farm. A farm drenched in the history of the great Canadian pioneers. Our estate has been a working farm for two hundred years; making the best of the opportunities that were available. And finally it came to my family and it was our turn to decide what the future held for this land. When it fell to me, my decision was clear- vineyards would breath new life into this sleepy place. And over the last 15 years I have witnessed this become a reality." - Caroline Granger Today, The Grange of Prince Edward is a family run winery in Prince Edward County Ontario. Maggie, my daughter who joined me in operations 5 years ago, aspires to continue to develop and craft wines that reflect both our farm and ourselves. We produce only 100% estate grown and made wines because we want our wines to be an expression of the region. We grow 7 varietals on 60 acres and produce 3 distinct lines of wine to suit our diverse clientele. We believe in eating and drinking locally and we believe in value- and we hope that’s these beliefs can be passed on to you.
