This beer tasting experience at Birra Salento is divided into a multi-stage journey that will allow you to delve into a key aspect of the brewery's history each time.
After a brief introduction on how the Birra Salento project was born and an in-depth look at the agricultural supply chain, you will enter the brewery: in the ingredients room, you will have the opportunity to touch and perceive the scents of the ingredients that are the basis of their brewing creations.
Next, in the production area, you will discover the stages that led to the birth of their beer. Here you will have the opportunity to taste a type of beer taken directly from the maturation tank.
At the end of this journey, you will move on to the aperitif and beer tasting on the brewery's panoramic mezzanine, during which three types of beer will be tasted in combination with finger food created by the chef using, among other ingredients, beer and noble beer waste.
It will be a special occasion in which Birra Salento's experts will tell you curious anecdotes about the world of beer and how to create food-beer pairings. A 360-degree journey into the world of beer!
