If you want to understand the world of cava, this is the perfect experience. Your journey at Bertha Winery, in the heart of the Penedès wine region, starts right at the vineyard, where you’ll learn about the local grape varieties, the winery's origins, and all the work that goes into sustainable viticulture.
The tour continues inside the cellar, where the bottles undergo secondary fermentation and aging, and then moves to the production line, where each bottle is dressed and prepared for the final consumer.
The experience ends in the tasting room with panoramic views of Montserrat, where you’ll be introduced to the full range of Bertha cavas and wines.
You'll then have a reserved table on the terrace to enjoy a glass of wine at your own pace. For those who want to enhance the moment, a local aperitif platter (chips, olives, cockles) can be added.
