After the tour, indulge in a curated selection of our 5 most esteemed wines: from the crisp elegance of Liano White, paired with a five-cereal bread served with Palmieri’s Mortadella, squacquerone PDO cheese, caramelized figs, and shelled walnuts, to the velvety depths of Colle del Re Albana Passito, complemented by an apricot pie and an aged Pecorino with figs.
