Here is what you will live
The tour will start from the winery of San Giorgio, a little village 400 meters above Bonassola.
Here you will visit the organic vineyards. Walking uphill through a small road among ancient houses and gardens of San Giorgio, you will have the chance to enjoy a beautiful view over the sea: an extraordinary walk during which the enologist will explain to you the different types of cultivation, their culture, and the local history. Among vineyards, you will also find organic blackberries and raspberries and a wonderful apiary with more than 300 thousand bees.
Finally, you will learn about the recovery projects in this land of ancient and historical vines.
The visit will end with a visit to the winery and the tasting of 3 white wines in the winery's garden, accompanied by snacks.
