Entering to d’Araprì Cellars , one realizes immediately that the time is not money, but rather to achieve a constant quality. Just walk the maze of underground to note it. The sound shook the bottles on pupitres, the piles of bottles of various vintages have their own ceremonial aging to reach their end.

With this tour you'll enjoy a guided tour of the cellar with an illustration of the production process of Classic Method Sparkling Wine, followed by a tasting of two Sparkling Wine sans annèe.
