Über das Weingut und die Weine
The 'l Garbin farm and winery is located in Chiomonte, an area where Valsusa DOC wine reaches its highest expression. It was founded in 2006 with the desire to recover the ancient family tradition of cultivating vineyards and safeguarding the territory. 'l Garbin also produces mountain honey and Valsusa® saffron.
The vineyards at 'l Garbin are worked entirely by hand, and at harvest time the grapes are picked with baskets. Their Vigna Veja vineyard can only be reached on foot by walking along mule tracks and up steep steps built into the dry stone walls.
