The Terre del Creario winery was reborn in 2000 with the desire to restore the winemaking activity carried on since the 1920s by our grandparents and abandoned at the turn of the 1970s due to the lack of human and economic prospects in the cultivation of vines in the Alto Canavese area. On these hills our ancestors cultivated vines with commitment, hardship and worry, but with such simplicity and respect for the land.

Today, thanks to the dedication of a group of friends united by the same passion, we try to shape a work that always requires the same commitment and the same love for the land, but that knows how to give unique and authentic moments.

The same passion that has always distinguished our work was first used to reclaim the best exposed areas of the estates to the forest, then to reconstitute the old terraces present in the hillside and plant the first rows according to modern viticultural techniques, then the vineyards worthy of preservation were restructured, and finally a modern winery was built to allow the experimentation and consolidation of modern winemaking techniques on the estate. The steel and wood used for vinifi cation and refinement, but above all the love of man, allow us to express with simplicity episodes of respect for our territory that has always been capable of giving unique and sincere emotions to those who manage, even for a few moments, to grasp them in sipping our wines exhaling authentic and ancient scents of our lands.
