Waipara Springs Winery and Cafe is located in the heart of the Waipara Valley. Planted in the early 1980's the vineyard contains some of the oldest vines in the valley, providing the entirely estate grown wines with a depth and intensity that only old vines can produce. Whilst overlooking the mountains beyond, you can enjoy our seasonal a la carte menu, which has been paired with our boutique wines to enhance your dining experience. The Southern Boundary Wines Cellar Door is located onsite where all our wines can be sampled including rare older vintages.
