Fattoria Sardi offers you the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful dining and tasting experience in their organic and biodynamic farm in the countryside of Lucca.
Your experience will start with a tour of the winery and its vineyards, during which you'll learn about the philosophy of the farm and its production methods.
After the tour, you will enjoy a five-course lunch or dinner menu with seasonal and organic products designed by chef Damiano Donati in Fattoria Sardi's new open kitchen. This gives you the opportunity to observe the chef while he creates an exclusive menu for you, step by step. In the summertime, the restaurant's dining room opens into the Farmhouse's dehors and farmyard; the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxed meal.
During your meal, you will also have the opportunity to taste 5 organic and biodynamic wines produced by the winery.
Upon request, the staff of Fattoria Sardi is happy to compose an entirely vegetarian menu or adapt it to specific dietary restrictions.
