To immerse you in the fantastic territory of Valpolicella, the visit will start with a walk through the vineyards adjacent to the winery, passing under the traditional Veronese pergolas, to discover the history of viticulture in Valpolicella Classica. It will then continue by diving into the evocative ageing rooms of the winery, where the barrels containing the precious wines are kept.
In conclusion, you will have the opportunity to participate in a tasting of the four most representative wines of the winery: Ripasso Classico Superiore "I Castei"; the Veronese red wine "Sergio"; and finally, the two selections of Amarone; all accompanied by typical Lessina cold cuts and cheeses.
