Passion for wine
The visit reveals all the passion that this family has put in over the years and still puts into the production of their wine. Gabriela was very thorough in explaining the choices and the past history of the vines, recounting the events starting from Mr. Agostino's dream, finally realized by his grandson Riccardo. The tasting was truly exceptional, each wine is explained in detail and paired perfectly with Abruzzese delicacies. Highly recommended!
Family Wine
The hours spent here at the Buzzarone winery were fantastic. Gabriella was fantastic, not only in how she told us all about the family's life in the fields and the entire production process, but she was also excellent in guiding us through the tasting. I believe a stop at this winery is a must for anyone who truly wants to understand the Land with its fruits, passions, difficulties, and rewards. Nothing like the big, standardized companies that convey productivity and size but few emotions. An immersion I suggest!!!! Well done everyone, keep it up!
SUPER ORGANIC WINERY
Excellent organic winery with a small-to-medium production of high-quality wines. Despite being a small operation, the selection is extremely diverse. Truly immersive and technical guided tour, also from an agronomic point of view. Splendid tasting in a charming setting and a truly convivial atmosphere. Highly recommended!! Super Captain Buzza!
Fantastic experience
The visit took place in an atmosphere of simplicity and extreme courtesy, we also met Riccardo who kindly joined us for parts of it. The tour included a walk that introduced us to the various types of vines, from Trebbiano to Cococciola, Pecorino and Montepulciano. We then moved to the sheds to see the machinery and the various types of containers, all the way to the barrels. The visit concluded with the most interesting part, that is, the wine tasting, a good 5 types. All accompanied by various Abruzzese specialties that competed with their flavors and aromas with the equally savory and fragrant wines. There was no shortage of stories and anecdotes about the family and the places.
Great wine tasting experience
Gabriela was waiting for us, she started with a tour of the vineyards, gave us a detailed explanation of the different grapes. Later she showed us all the process for making the wine. We finished with the wine tasting accompanying with great cheese, olive oil and other local specialties. I recommend this tour 100%. I will certainly come back. Thanks Gabriela for this amazing tour, we really enjoyed.!!

Gabriella welcomed us wonderfully. She was impeccable. The family atmosphere and the authenticity of the place made us feel at home. The wines are sublime and the tasting menu was also truly unparalleled.

We arrived at this small winery, family-run, with passion and sacrifice... Excellent wines... wonderful people... Captain Buzza and his Ladies are very nice... Highly recommended for spending time in good company and cheer...

A jewel in Abruzzo
A small family-run winery that is a true jewel. Such a warm welcome, generations of a family that truly loves the production of wonderful wines and olive oil. The tasting is fabulous, excellent local cured meats and cheeses that pair perfectly with the wines. Not to be missed, the very special local white, Cococciola. Wonderful!

Visited for a tasting and had an incredible experience! The family’s passion shines through as they took the time to explain everything and were incredibly sweet. Their dedication to their craft is evident, and it's heartwarming to support such passionate local Abruzzo businesses. The wine is incredible and we left with 2 bottles!
Tasting Abruzzo at Buzzarone
Visiting this farm allows you to get to know the real Abruzzo: a glimpse of the hilly vineyard landscape and the embrace of good wine on the palate. The farm is family-run: the whole family welcomes you into their routine, marked by work and dedication to it. The desire to stay in their own land and try to enhance it is commendable. Cantina Buzzarone
Riccardo is a really nice person, he explained the vineyard and cellar to us in detail without holding back, definitely passionate about his work and knowledgeable, the location is very nice and his wine is genuine and true like him, definitely in the early stages and in my opinion, time will help him both with the wine and with the organization of the tastings. We had a good time.
Unforgettable experience
A little gem of a company in continuous growth in a territory with a marvelous landscape. We chose the wine tasting experience accompanied by the charcuterie board; Riccardo was immediately very kind and welcoming (as was the rest of the family). He accompanied us on the tour of the vineyard and the cellar with a very exhaustive explanation. The subsequent tasting was truly perfect, quality wines and board, and also abundant! We really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!
