Super positive experience
Emanuele's welcome was warm, positive, engaging, extremely cordial, and packed with information. The stories of family history revived nostalgic, bygone atmospheres, and proved to be the perfect complement to all the more technical narratives about the various wines grown and produced by the estate. The tastings were stimulating both in terms of food and drinks. It felt right to express a positive opinion of the winery both for the sense of the quantity and quality of the work carried out and for their exceptional guest hospitality.

TOP EXPERIENCE!
An experience that was nothing short of exciting. The winery is located in an enchanting spot, with a spectacular panoramic view. We were welcomed by the extremely sweet and friendly Mrs. Teresa, who told us her story and her love for her company. Then her son, Emanuele, arrived, who represents the 3rd generation carrying on the winery. Emanuele took us, with his storytelling and passion for his land, on an incredible journey to discover these places and the quality wines he produces. We took a tour of the vineyards and tasted the grapes, and learned about the strength and dedication it takes to carry on this activity. We did a 6-wine tasting package, where Emanuele described every tasted wine to us to perfection, accompanied by tastings of local cold cuts and cheeses. Mrs. Teresa and Emanuele are fantastic people. They gave us 3 fantastic hours, where we saw a family that still works their land with passion despite the difficulties. I strongly recommend trying this type of experience. For me it is not the first time, but there are wineries and wineries, and this one truly makes you feel the real experience of a winery. A big thank you to Emanuele and Mrs. Teresa.

Siamo stati alla Teresa Soria Winery per festeggiare il compleanno di mia sorella ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Era anche per me la prima volta in una cantina. Emanuele, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accompagnati nella visita della vigna e della cantina, raccontandoci con passione la storia della sua azienda di famiglia e spiegandoci il lavoro che c’è dietro ogni bottiglia.Ci ha racontato quando, come e perché quest’azienda è stata creata. È stato molto bello scoprire una cantina in cui il sapere e la passione vengono tramandati di generazione in generazione. Si percepisce il rispetto per la tradizione, unito alla capacità di innovare e adattarsi ai tempi e alle nuove tecniche senza perdere la propria identità. La degustazione è stata eccellente: ogni vino era accompagnato da un delizioso tagliere di salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità. Emanuele ci ha anche spiegato come abbinare ogni vino ai diversi sapori, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più interessante e coinvolgente. Avevamo prenotato la visita in inglese, ma quando Emanuele ha sentito che tra di noi parlavamo francese, si è adattato senza problemi e ha fatto tutta la degustazione in francese. È stato un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo: ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio e l’esperienza è stata ancora più piacevole e personale. Ero con mio nipote di 10 anni e anche lui è stato coinvolto con una piccola attenzione dedicata a lui: mentre noi degustavamo i vini, gli è stato servito un succo di frutta ed un tagliere . Ne è stato felicissimo e questo ci ha fatto capire quanto ci tengano a far sentire ogni ospite, grande o piccolo, il benvenuto. Si percepiscono la passione, la cura e l’amore che questa famiglia mette nel proprio lavoro. È stata un’esperienza autentica che consiglio a chiunque voglia conoscere da vicino il mondo del vino e trascorrere qualche ora in un ambiente accogliente e genuino.

Very interesting tour in the vineyard with an explanation from Emanuele on the processing of the grapes and on the very sweet family story. Excellent wines, served with a platter of cured meats and cheeses as a pairing and a spectacular view of the hills.

Warm welcome by Emmanuel and his mother, Teresa. Great tour of the vineyards and winery. Generous tastings accompanied by a delicious platter. The location of the winery and the views over the hills is exceptional. Highly recommend.
Hospitality, quality and helpfulness
I came at the beginning of May with my girlfriend, it was a very interesting experience. As a novice, I discovered many interesting facts about the world of wine and I got to know and taste their excellent quality products. The tour also includes a visit to the cellar and the vineyard in a breathtaking landscape setting! Recommended!

A beautiful experience at the Teresa Soria Winery! From the walk through the vineyards to the winery tour, everything was well-curated and very interesting, especially the explanations about the processes of caring for and making the wine. The final tasting was also excellent, with a selection of truly excellent wines accompanied by cured meats and cheeses. A complete experience that we absolutely recommend!

Incredible place, good wine: recommended experience
It was a beautiful experience had between two friends, we were welcomed by Teresa who gave us a tour of the vineyards, telling us everything in detail in an interesting and passionate way. Afterwards we first passed by the cellar and then went up to the terrace for the tasting, served with a platter of cured meats and cheeses and a delicious final cake. Abundant tastings, very high value for money, stunning place 10/10 Book it :)
Fantastic experience!
Delicious tasting! The idea of the platter was also great, so you can experience how the wines pair with the various foods. Even with the rain and therefore the impossibility of seeing the vineyard, the visit was still full and interesting. I highly recommend it!
A perfect Christmas gift
We were at the Teresa Soria farm for a weekend in January... even though the season wasn't the most suitable, it was a beautiful experience... Emanuele showed us his family's estate, starting with a tour of the vineyard, a visit to the cellar with a tasting of wine directly from the barrel... then continuing upstairs in a large, very welcoming room where we had a real tasting, a sampling of 4 local wines of their production, accompanied by a platter of cheeses and cured meats, then concluding with a hazelnut cake and a delicious Moscato... we also bought 3 bottles of excellent wine at a more than fair price... We will return in the spring so we can take advantage of the terrace and the outdoor space... We thank Emanuele and his family for this lovely day

A beautiful family-run business with an equally wonderful story. Emanuele guided us during a visit to the vineyards and the cellar and accompanied us during the wine tasting. The wines are delicious and well-paired with the typical foods offered on the platter. I highly recommend!

A truly magnificent experience
We spent a magnificent afternoon dedicated to excellent wine and discovering something more about the territory and Piedmontese tradition, in the beating heart of Monferrato. Emanuele was an excellent host, able to convey his passion to the group. The visit began with a tour of the vineyard, where we were given the chance to taste some grapes, we then continued with a visit to the cellar, where with great simplicity not only were we told the history of the winery (and in part of his family), but where the winemaking process was explained to us in a simple and clear way, finally we concluded with a tasting of 6 wines accompanied by an excellent charcuterie board and a taste of hazelnut cake. Highly recommended
