Fantastic Host and Experience (5)
I believe it was the best kind of experience my wife and I had at a vineyard. Angy and Erica were amazing while explaining their processes. And the "banquet" after? Fantastic. There are many options to taste from the menu offered, + the wine produced by the winery.

Wonderful Experience (5)
I found this winery through research and decided to book the wine tour experience. From the beginning of our tour we were welcomed by the staff. The tour consisted of learning the process of how they grow their grapes and we even got a tour of their wine storage facility. After that we did the wine tasting and food pairing. All the wine and food pairing was excellent. I highly recommend this winery.

Wine tour in Spensierata (5)
We ordered the wine tour in Spensierata Franciacorta from Winedering.com. The processes was very easy and informative, with fast, reliable updates on your booking. You get a good idea of what to expect, where to go, the prices are correct and there are no surprises. Would definitely recommend using Winedering for booking of winetours, and will probably use it again myself. This was my husband and I's first wine tour ever, and also one of the best experiences we had in Italy. We got to see the beautiful vineyards, and other acres. We got to see the fermenters and where they store the wine to age, and see the champagne method in real life. After the tour of the winery, we sat down in beautiful landscape, and was served local delicades (all made from this vineyard) and presented the Franciacorta wines. We got three glasses each with different types, like Brut, Saten and Brut Nature. All if these wines were paired with delicades according to taste. The wine itself was very enjoyable, prefectly paired and well presented. We were really happy to see this biodynamic and down-to-earth winery, driven by a family with great morals and pride in their trade. Everything there is handpicked and organic. Would definitly recommend.

Wine experience at Cantina Canaio (5)
We had such a lovely experience at the family owned Cantina Canaio! The winery is in a beautiful location. Photos simply cannot fully capture the picturesque countryside. We were so warmly welcomed upon our arrival. The wine tour was interesting and our guide was so informative and charming. The "light" lunch was fantastic and also quite filling and tasty! We enjoyed all the wines that we tasted and ordered some to ship home (and bought a couple bottles to take with us). We had a relaxing experience in such a tranquil setting. Highly recommend Cantina Canaio experence!

The host of the winery was very patient in explaining any question from us. Even when some of the participants didn't engaged in the wine tasting, she was still very nice and made our experience so enjoyable. The Franciacorta was lovely and the view was spectacular. Love it!

We had a wonderful tasting at Vivallis! Coming from South Africa we received a tasting tailored with some unique wines we haven’t tried before. It was paired with wonderful snacks and a very interesting tour of the wine making process. Would definitely go again and can highly recommend to anyone who likes wine

Light lunch and wine pairing at Savignola Paolina (5)
We had an amazing time at Savignola Paolina! The hosts were friendly and attentive, and they gave us a great tour of the place and its history. After the tour, we had a lunch and wine pairing session. Food was absolutely delicious and the wines (Chianti Classico) they chose for the pairing were the perfect complement. Will definitely be back here the next time we visit Italy!

Spectacular (5)
May 9, 2024, my wife, daughter and son drove out and experienced my favorite activity in our two week vacation! The family owned and operated vineyard reminded me of my childhood being raised on a ranch in Colorado. The atmosphere, the information and learning of the wine production and processing was great, topped off with tasting experiences! Needless to say, we didn’t leave without purchasing amazing tasting wines!

Limoncello tour at Il Convento (5)
The only downside to this tour in the details on arrival. We self drove and found it difficult to find even using google maps. That is the only negative thing I have to say the service was perfect, the gardens are beautiful, our guide was so polite and informative through the tour. The owner even came and introduced himself and was the one taking care of purchases. The limoncello is amazing!! I would recommend booking this tour if you are in the area. Thank you.

Excellent tour with lovely host (5)
We had a very informative tour of the site . We saw each part of the wine making process and Ivan , our host, was happy to answer all our questions. His English was excellent and we learned a lot. The wine tasting experience was very enjoyable. We found it difficult to pick a favourite. The accompanying food was high quality and included olive oil prepared on site. We would definitely recommend visiting this independent vineyard that clearly understands good wine.

Delicious, Private, and Special (5)
We weren’t sure what to expect when we booked this picnic experience, but it definitely exceeded our expectations! The hosts treated us as if we were the only party there (which we basically were!) and gave us the most personalized and friendly experience we’ve had since being in Italy. Not only were we allowed to explore the grounds and get the most amazing views and pictures, but the wine was some of the most delicious wine I’ve ever had. The snacks and sandwiches were also simple yet amazing and we took away knowledge about Italy that we never would have learned on our own. 10/10 recommend this experience to EVERYONE!

Great experience! (5)
We had a wonderful wine tasting here today. Gennaro was a very kind host and took the time to show us around and to tell us how their wine is made. Also great to hear the stories of a vineyard that originally started in the 18th century! From the vineyard you have a great view of the city of Naples and the islands Ischia and Capri. The food that they gave us to pair with the wine was delicious. The five wines that we tasted during the special wine tasting were excellent. A very memorable experience. Recommended!

Unexpected, unique, great quality products (5)
The location is completely surrounded by olive trees and vines, obviously, but it’s modern and different from most similar places in the area and that is enough to make it unique and worth visiting. Cristiano, the guy who showed us around and son of the owner, was able to explain the processes behind wine and oil making in a way that is understandable and fun even for non-experts, with lots of fun facts. Because of the quantities and ways the produce oils they have an oil cellar too, and they are proud of it! The tasting is well explained and it is needed, especially with oil as it isn’t as common as wine tasting. Wines are delicious - when you smell and taste you know you are in Tuscany! The area used for the tasting was outside: it’s peaceful and has a spectacular view - they also have an inside tasting room which is worth seeing too!

GranCollina winery experience (5)
The GranCollina experience was well worth the price. We began with a cellar tour and six tastings direct from the barrels. The tour was conducted both in italian and English. Up to the spacious and lovely dining room for our lunch. Four full appetizers, a pasta, a meat dish, dessert, water and wine (1/4 liter of wine each). Leisurely yet gracious service. The owner stopped by several times to check on us and offer insights.

Amazing Prosecco Experience! (5)
This tour is a must-do experience when in the Prosecco Hills! The winery is in a beautiful location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The tour started with a short walk through the vines, where we saw the differences in the red grapes used for their Prosecco Rosés and the white, Glera grapes, used in classic Proseccos. The walk led to their facilities to see where the 1st and 2nd fermentation occurs, along with their bottling and labeling machines. Afterwards, we started the tasting. The table was outside and covered, so we could enjoy the spectacular view. We tried three of their Proseccos, and we were given delicious snacks, slices of pork on bread, homemade focaccia, slices of quiche, garlic pesto on bread, and cheese on bread. Everything tasted spectacular! We were super impressed by the portions of the food and the tastings. We loved it so much that we decided to stay for dinner. We had amazing homemade pasta and gnocchi, followed by the best tiramisu that I have ever had. We toured 6 different wineries while in the area, and this was our favorite experience, If you are thinking about where to go, then definitely come here. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent (5)
It was overall a wonderful experience. Initially, we learned about the wine creation process, how the different barrels, grapes and environments affect the wine, and the characteristics that differentiate wine qualities and "personalities". The wine tasting experience itself was very interesting and engaging, and it could be worth it even if you have done a few more tastings in the past. The tutor was kind and accomodating, funny, and would take the time to answer any questions. There was also a fair amount of both wine and food (and even coffee in the end, which was very convenient after so much wine). I would highly recommend it.

Lovely experience (5)
Me and my girlfriend enjoyed this experience a lot! You could pick your own wines (1 per person) and food and it all tasted really well. We stayed for three hours enjoying the nice atmosphere in the vineyard. We were also allowed to walk around the vineyard. The service was really good and they were really friendly. There were 2 other groups, but there was enough distance between us all so we weren't disturbed by them. The only 2 downsides for us were the location (it is somewhat hard to reach from Lecce without a car, so we took a taxi which made the day more expensive for us) and the relatively strong wind that day (which is obviously beyond their control). Overall, it was a lovely experience and we definitely recommend it for a romantic date!

Pleasant wine tasting experience (5)
The whole wine tasting experience was great. I loved all of the wines that we tried and everything was very well explained in detail. I have absolutely no complaints about the services, the wines, the food or the location. The only problem was that it was all in Italian, even though I booked the wine tasting experience specifically in English, since my Italian knowledge is very limited…
