If you bear with me, with a little help from agriculture expert Mauro Carrara I’ll tell you the story of my vineyard as clearly as I can. Way back at the start of the project – my creation – the primary objective was clear: to make whatever decisions, carry out whatever research and employ whatever solutions and innovative techniques were necessary to reach the highest possible level of quality. And so, over the years, we have brought “operation quality” to fruition, working with countless experts and professionals from the sector, focusing first on the vineyard, then on the winery, and finally on the products themselves.
