Sobre la bodega y los vinos

We are a small artisanal winery in the heart of the Roero, born more from passion than from any fixed plan. Our “cellar” is, first and foremost, the vineyard: that’s where we spend most of our time, trying to understand the land, the vines, and each vintage. We don’t follow set recipes — every decision is made in dialogue with nature.

We work sustainably, with spontaneous fermentations using native yeasts, starting from a pied de cuve made with grapes picked a few days before harvest. Our wines ferment in old concrete tanks we’ve patiently found and restored, and in used barriques passed on from friendly wineries.

We don’t yet have a winery building of our own — we vinify in borrowed spaces, fitting things in between jobs, hailstorms, and rental contracts. It’s a work in progress, built on real relationships, honest choices, and a lot of time spent in the vineyard.

During the tasting, we’ll share our vision of winemaking through what’s in your glass: artisanal wines that respect the raw material and aim to express freshness, balance, and conviviality.

You’ll taste wines that change each year — just like the weather, the vines, and ourselves. No shortcuts, no tricks: just grapes, time, and care.

Expect different interpretations of Roero — from fresh, vertical Nebbiolos to aromatic, savory whites — all accompanied by the stories behind our daily work.

If you’re curious to discover wines that truly speak of the place they come from, made with our hands, minds, and hearts — come visit us. We’d love to welcome you.
