Sobre la bodega y los vinos

Producing organic dry white wine since 1997, Domaine de la Fessardiere is situated west of Loire Valley, close to Atlantic Ocean. With its dedicated team cultivates nowadays 4 types of grapes on 20 ha: Melon de Bourgogne, Chardonnay, Folle blanche, Rolle blanc. Nature and humain protection are key in or way of growing vines, usine horses, sheep grazing, agroforestry, natural fertilizers, plant infusions...

Our wines are all made in the old wineray, either in underground tanks our in old oak foudre. They are aged from 9 to 36 months and provide a variety of taste from our terroir.

La Mer, is a classic Muscadet with grapefruit taste, Dames blanches is made of Folle blanche with lime taste, perfect for oysters.
