The property is based at Violes in Vaucluse facing the Dentelles de Montmirail in the center of the appellation Côtes du Rhône. The Domaine has 17 hectares and produces organic and hve wines. With premium bootles, the domaine de l'Odylee produces 3 sparkling, 2 roses, 5 white and 5 red with high quality and lot of awards. The property is owned by odile couvert and her family. They created the domaine in 2015 and welcome group and families in 2 modern and design guest houses with more than 35 people. 

The domaine produces around 60000 bottles each year. With a land of red wines, the wine maker created a range of white and roses products and more recently 3 sparkling with one white one rose and one red. 
The domaine is definitively a premium production with organic and hve wines.
