Great wine tasting that showed the quality of organic wine

A really great wine tasting that showed the quality and possibilities of organic wine.
- Very informative, but not too much information
- The taste of the wines was very good
- Ambience in a small group (3 persons) very pleasant
- Bottle prices for organic wines are good

A clear recommendation for those who don't want to taste just any cheap wine.
If it would fit to the wine, offer some local food (cheese, Sausage)
