For this experience I Vigneri welcomes you to the heart of Etna to discover their ‘Human Wines’: wines made with respect for Humankind and the Environment.
Upon your arrival at I Vigneri you will be welcomed by the Foti family: father Salvo and sons Simone and Andrea run this beautiful small winery.
Your experience will start with a walk along the vineyards of I Vigneri, where you will learn about the peculiarities of the vines growing on Mount Etna and their particular terroir. You will then visit the ancient Palmento of the winery, dating back to 1840, which is a typical structure used traditionally to process grapes. Finally, you will be given a tour of the winery and the cellar.
Your visit will end with a tasting of three wines of I Vigneri: Aurora Bianco (white), Vinudilice Rosato (rosé) and IVigneri Rosso (red).
