On the agenda are 2 hours of enology lessons set in the unique ambiance of a Bordeaux wine cellar. The tasting features 5 prestigious wines from celebrated appellations like Saint Emilion, Pessac Léognan, Pauillac, Margaux, Moulis, Saint Estèphe, Sauternes, or exceptional garage wines. The tasting, conducted blind, adds an element of surprise and discovery. Learn the main concepts of the world of wine and more specifically about Bordeaux (origin of the vineyard, its renewal, actors, history, terroirs, appellations, classifications, etc.).
