In the heart of Valdobbiadene, the Bortolomiol winery will guide you on a discovery tour of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG, starting with an illustration of the industrial archaeology project to restore the ancient silk mill.
After a visit to the winemaking cellars and a short introduction to the company philosophy, you will take part in a guided tasting of 3 varieties of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG accompanied by breadsticks and cheese.

Ottimo avvicinamento al prosecco
Le spiegazioni sempre piacevoli e accattivanti, anche gli assaggi eccellenti, con spiegazioni e supporti idonei. Grande onestà nel non affaticare la giornata con proposte di assaggi troppo professionali che potevano diventare stucchevoli. Diamante, la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato, veramente una professionista gradevole.
Unica nota su cui posso dare consigli è variare un po’ gli assaggi che accompagnano la degustazione.
