Being in a tasting room means that we can easily try new pairings, uncovering new flavors. This tasting experience consists of a guided journey through some of the best cheeses and wines from the famous Val d'Orcia, UNESCO Heritage.
You are going to try the typical wines from Montalcino, like the Rosso di Montalcino DOC and the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, paired with three different aged cheeses. Two of them are Pecorino di Pienza DOP cheeses, aged between 12 and 15 months, and served with saffron honey. The third cheese is a Parmigiano Reggiano, from Emilia-Romagna region, served with some drops of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP aged for 12 years.
This tasting experience is exclusively private and lasts an hour; it can be considered as an ideal way to learn the secrets of Tuscan lifestyle.
