When we arrived, it looked closed, but...

When we arrived, it looked closed, but we were invited and had a very intersting wine tasting. Everything was explained by a polite young man, relaxed atmosphere and not too 'aloof'.
We had ordered 12 bottles with shipping to Germany but the transport company delivered everything just in pieces. Scilio replaced all bottles immediately and uncomplicated, the second try was just fine!
The wines are very good and not expensive.

We, the present members of the Scilio Family are the fifth generation producing wine on our estate in Linguaglossa. It is a family tradition that we will safe guard and pass on to the future generations. Our Wine making philosophy is based on the careful cultivation of our vineyards to give us the best possible grape production for wines that preserve and reflect the characteristics of the Etna Terroir.
Cultivation of the vineyard means the preservation of an environment that our ancestors transformed into a new landscape, making possible its renewal year in year out. Hence our choice of adopting the organic method of cultivation.
