We begin our journey with a tasting at the iconic Château Crémat, perched in the hills of Nice. Set among ancient Roman-era vines and limestone-rich soil, this estate is known for its elegant wines with fresh, vegetal, and fruity notes. The château is steeped in history and legend — some say Coco Chanel drew inspiration for her logo from its emblem.
Next, we head to St Paul de Vence, a beautifully preserved 14th-century medieval village famed for its narrow cobbled streets, panoramic views, and rich artistic heritage. Painters such as Matisse, Chagall, and Picasso once walked these streets. You’ll have time to explore and enjoy lunch in one of the village’s charming restaurants.
After lunch, we continue to the Domaine des Hautes Collines in St Jeannet, a vineyard that uses a unique maturation technique to create wines full of character. You’ll taste the result of this rare process in a relaxed, bucolic setting before returning to Nice.
