Enjoy a tour of the award-winning 32 Via dei Birrai brewery, which boasts numerous quality certifications, accompanied by the ideal interlocutor for those who want to discover the area (upper Treviso and lower Belluno / Piave River / Valdobbiadene / Monte Grappa Massif / Colli Asolani), love to discover new foods and adore both cooking and good drinking.

Embark on a discovery of the aromas and colors imparted by malt. What is malt? Besides this question, you will find answers to many beer-related questions and curiosities, including the aroma contributed by hops and spices; the correct glass and the influence of the choice of vessel; storage and drinking temperatures; pairing suggestions; comparison of high and low fermentation; comparison of beer and wine; beer jargon; short and mnemonic sensory evaluation of beer; the meaning of "territory" in sensory analysis.
