Discover the unique journey of a special gin, crafted from the distillation of fermented myrtle berries. Guided by an expert, you’ll explore the artisanal still where the extraction process begins, followed by a visit to the laboratory where the transformation into gin is completed. Beyond learning about the intricate production process, you’ll savor a perfectly crafted cocktail prepared by a skilled mixologist, paired with fresh oysters and olives. The tasting includes 1 cl of pure gin, 1 gin tonic (3 cl of gin with neutral tonic), as well as carasau bread. Children and young people aged 6 to 17 will be offered juice, a small snack with cheese, sausage, carasau bread, and ice cream.

This experience is held at Via Sannai, 51, 07026 Olbia SS, Italy. Please note that the meeting point is accessible only by car, as public transportation is not available, and the final stretch of the road is steep, making it unsuitable for bicycles.
