This Flavor Experience is a unique culinary journey designed to celebrate the best of life: delicious food, great company, and the thrill of discovery. Guests gather around the same table in a warm and authentic atmosphere, sharing stories and making new connections, all while enjoying the flavors of the Marche region. The evening begins with a welcome glass of local wine, setting the stage for a truly memorable gastronomic journey.
Throughout the evening, you’ll taste a curated selection of artisanal products, each accompanied by the story of its producer, the production process, and its origins. Highlights include extra virgin olive oil with toasted bread, ricotta with olive oil and salt, soft, semi-aged, and aged mixed sheep and cow cheeses, truffle-flavored honey, artisanal salami, artisanal guanciale, Crostolo from Urbania, and fresh pasta like cappelletti, ravioli, lasagne, and other regional specialties prepared by the top pasta makers of the area. The experience is paired with two glasses of wine from Marche wineries, perfectly complementing each dish.
By the end of the evening, you’ll leave with full hearts, satisfied taste buds, and the unforgettable flavors and traditions of Marche to take home with you.
