Experience Fitapreta during the most awaited time of the year - the Harvest!
To participate in this unique moment of the wine production journey, it's necessary to get up quite early, but the Fitapreta team will pick you up wherever you are to ensure you get to the vineyard still at night. In fact, harvesting without the sun is what guarantees the maximum freshness of the grapes. With miner's lights, accompanied by the harvest team, you'll help pick the bunches of grapes.
After breakfast in the vineyard, the rest of the winemaking work will follow. Be it the sorting of the grapes on the selection table, the remounting, or the laboratory analyses, there are many tasks that will allow you to get to know in-depth the magical process of making wine.
After tasting fermenting musts and some previous harvests, it will be time for the well-deserved rest of the warriors, to enjoy lunch with the whole Fitapreta team in the courtyard of the palace.
