The Sordo Giovanni winery, which has been producing wines for more than a century, is located in the heart of the renowned Barolo region, in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto.
The proposal includes a guided tour of the historic cellars founded in 1912: a tour that will allow you to discover the entire production cycle of all the wines, from the vinification to the halls with the large Slavonian oak barrels used for aging, to the evocative "infernot" at a depth of 12 meters.
Afterward, you will have the opportunity to taste the great wines of the Langhe in the panoramic halls of the new winery. In particular, with this tasting, you will get to know the different facets of two different terroirs, with the tasting of two great whites and three native reds that have made Piedmont wine great over the years, including Barolo.
On request, it is possible to accompany all tastings with selections of Cuneo cold cuts and typical Piedmontese cheeses.

Well done and organized!
We bought 2 bottles of wine, instead of 4, because it was not possible to have the invoice (only for 200 euros or more).
