Guide book inspector for a day at La Ciarliana

Here is what's in store for you

Today you will act as the Inspector of a wine book guide visiting La Ciarliana winery. A very famous worldwide publishing company is editing a new winery hospitality book guide and you have the task to make an inspection of the place. You survey the estate and judge its winery hospitality level: check and review the quality of service, the wine, pleasantness of the place, and say if and how much the staff is informative and prepared to welcome guests. You have to complete the final evaluation form and score the experience! Visit the production area, where the fermentation process takes place, the aging cellar with its big Slavonia oak casks and the rovere barriques, and the bottle maturation area.

You will taste, tutored by an expert sommelier, 4 of the winery's best wines (Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Vigna ‘Scianello, IGT Santo Pellegrino) and their Extra Virgin Olive Oil matched with some savory Tuscan Bruschettas, local gorgeous cheese, and salamis. To conclude your experience, you will have to produce a form, scoring and reviewing your assessments, which will be forwarded to the publishing company for the issue to be printed!
