If you don't have the whole day at disposal for a food & wine tour discovery, this shorter tour offer you the possibiility to enjoy and discover 2 producers of wine and balsamic vinegar and find out where the famous balsamic vinegar comes from and why this is the best region where it's produced!

Your tour can start in the morning or in the afternoon and your first wisit will be a typical winery not far from Reggio Emilia, where you'll see how Lambrusco Grasparossa is made and how this family is respecting and treating the grapes! You'llenjoy a wine tour and wine tasting experience, before moving on to the acetaia, the balsamic vinegar company. 

Many years ago vintners in the Modena area were making balsamic vinegar, which was taken as a tonic.  Even if it is considered a wine vinegar, it is not a wine vinegar since it is not made from wine, but from grape pressings that have never been permitted to ferment into wine.

Therefore you'll discover how the balsamic vinegar is made and taste it, so that by the end of the tour you'll have a great understaing of the world of wine and balsamic vinegar of this area!
