Sessantacinque ettari di vigneti sui colli di Bertinoro. La nobile esperienza enologica di un territorio generoso e ospitale. Campodelsole porta già nel nome la propria essenza, la concretezza del fertile terreno romagnolo e il vigore del suo sole, la generosità del suo terreno e l’azzurro del cielo. Da questo felice connubio nasce il punto d’incontro fra materia e mistero delle cose: il vino. La particolarità della cantina è il metodo di vinificazione in quanto, essendo strutturata su tre livelli, le uve vengono lavorate per gravità, senza l’utilizzo di pompe meccaniche. Il risultato sono vini capaci di esprimere un terreno e una tradizione, dai campi alla cantina. Solo una cosa è in grado di chiarire bene come intendiamo e facciamo il vino: i nostri vini. The name Campodelsole embodies its essence, the fertility of the land in Romagna, the vigour of its sun, the generosity of its land and the blue sky. The happy combination of these elements is the meeting point between the mystery and matter of things: wine. The particularity of the cellar is the winemaking method because, as the winery is structured on three levels, the grapes are worked by gravity, without using mechanical pumps. The result are wines capable of represent the land and the tradition, from the fields to the cellar. Only one thing can clearly explain how we make our wine and how we want it to be: our wines.

Quasi tutti i vigneti sono esposti fronte mare e l’età media degli stessi è di 15/20 anni. Il 15-20% della nostra produzione è di uva a bacca bianca autoctona (albana secca, albana passito e pagadebit), il restante 80-85% è di diversi cloni di sangiovese, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon e merlot.
