Enrique is passionate about viticulture! Time flies for him when he’s studying soils, clones, climates and how varieties adapt to each terroir. With over fifteen years experience in vineyards all over Spain and academic background in agronomical engineering and oenologist studies, Enrique decided, with Elisa, to start their own project using one of the grapes they are both in love with: Garnacha.Elisa holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA from the IESE Business School, and has more than 12 years experience in the wine sector.
